Role: Junior Creative Project Manager

Reports into: Head of Creative Operations / Project Manager

Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

Our Team

The Creative Operations Team at Oner Active is responsible for bringing ideas to life - managing every stage of creative production from brief to launch. Our team includes producers, designers, copywriters, and studio managers, working closely with photography, videography, retouching, and styling to deliver high-quality creative at scale. Acting as the bridge between marketing and channel leads, we ensure all creative assets are delivered on spec, on time, and within budget. With a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, we’re dedicated to building efficient processes and working as a tight-knit team to produce seamless, impactful campaigns.

About You

As Junior Project Manager at Oner Active, you’ll play a pivotal role in co-ordinating our launch schedules, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, to brief, and to the highest standard. You are a natural problem solver who thrives on bringing clarity and structure to projects, always keeping efficiency at the forefront of your approach. With great communication skills, you bridge the gap between product, marketing, and creative teams, fostering alignment and a unified approach to campaign and content delivery. Detail-oriented yet adaptable, you’re able to anticipate challenges, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving seamlessly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Co-ordination of the execution of tier 3 and BAU campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

• Oversee the project cycle, from kick-off to delivery, driving clarity across teams and managing timelines, dependencies, deliverables and critical paths.

• Manage all creative workflows and SLAs, proactively identifying bottlenecks and finding solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.

• Owning project documentation and tooling, ensuring all teams are correctly briefed and equipped with the information they need to succeed.

• Act as the central communicator between product, marketing, and creative, bridging teams to maintain alignment and a unified approach.

• Facilitate kick-off meetings, status updates, and stakeholder check-ins, fostering collaboration and clear communication at every stage.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience co-ordinating creative campaigns or project lifecycles, or a relevant admin based role.

• A foundational understanding of the creative production process, with a willingness to deepen knowledge through hands-on project involvement.

• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate across teams, clearly share updates, and escalate risks where appropriate.

• An organised and detail-oriented approach, with excellent administrative skills to maintain timelines, trackers, documentation, and approval workflows.

• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, able to identify potential issues early and support the team in resolving them efficiently.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

Nice to have’s:

• Experience working within a fast-paced e-commerce or fashion/activewear environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and creative workflow platforms.
